This tree topper is surprising light for its size.  The foam snowman head is covered in fluffy fleece for a snowy look.  He wears pom pom ear muffs and a tartan plaid scarf.  The scarf is lightly wired for easy adjustment. Insert the sturdy pick along the center of the tree and secure with wire.
